Budget Billing
HUB offers a Budget (or Average) Billing Program to assist customers in remaining current on their monthly bill. The program applies a fixed monthly rate based on the customer’s average usage over a twelve (12) -month period. This is intended to aid the customer in budgeting funds accordingly. Amounts are reconfigured every October and April.
If customers participating in the Budget Billing Program use less than their predicted annual average their account will be credited by the unused amount. Likewise, usage over their average will result in adjustment of their monthly rate. It is the Customer’s responsibility to remain aware of these changes, and pay any additional fees by their due date. Failure to pay established or adjusted rates by the specified due dates will result in penalties as defined in the Budget Billing Policy. Please note, if you are no longer enrolled in the program, you are responsible for any amount owed on the AR balance.
