Harriman Utility Board (HUB) is requesting formal competitive Sealed Bids for the purchase of one (1) new Chevrolet Blazer EV. Sealed bids will be received at Harriman Utility Board, Attn: Tommy Barnard, IT Director; P.O. Box 434, 200 North Roane Street, Harriman, TN 37748; no later than 10:00 a.m. Friday; August 15^th,2025 at which time they will be opened.

The following specifications shall apply:

2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV LT, including standard features except as noted below:

• Power Outlets, 12v & USB
• 85 KWH Battery Rated Energy
• 150 KD DC Fast Charge Capable
• 17.7” Diagonal Advanced Color LCD Display

Harriman Utility Board is a tax-exempt municipal governmental agency, and as such, is entitled to certain discounts for purchases, including but not limited to, local government pricing, GSA pricing, and discounted pricing as a member of the Tennessee Valley Public Power Associations’ (TVPPA) purchasing consortium.

Bidders shall include any and all discounts that should apply as well as lead time. HUB reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities.
