Deposits      

Deposits are determined by a credit rating provided by Online Utility Exchange, Inc at the time application is made. The deposits for residential services will be from $0.00 to $375.00 depending on this rating and the services that are furnished by Harriman Utility Board at the service location. There is also a $25.00 service fee which is not part of the deposit and must be paid by all applicants. Deposits are refunded after 2 years, if the account has no more than two (2) penalties or extra charges.
